Introducing The Revenue Fix: RCM Made Smarter
About the Podcast
If there is one word that defines the revenue cycle right now, it is pressure.
Healthcare reimbursement has never been more complex. Denial rates continue to rise. Payer scrutiny grows more aggressive. Regulatory expectations shift year after year. Providers are asked to do more with fewer resources, while patients expect transparency, accuracy, and accountability at every step.
Revenue cycle leaders are making high-stakes decisions in the middle of it all.
The Revenue Fix brings you into the rooms where these decisions are made.
Hosted by Laura Trotter, Vice President of RCM Operations at Apex IONM Solutions, The Revenue Fix brings listeners inside the real conversations shaping modern healthcare reimbursement. Each episode examines the operational challenges facing revenue cycle teams and the leadership decisions that determine whether organizations stabilize, adapt, and grow.
This is where operational strategy becomes real-world execution.
Each episode explores what revenue cycle professionals need to understand right now to protect performance, strengthen compliance, and sustain financial health under constant scrutiny.
