One of the nation’s largest health insurance providers, UnitedHealthcare, is accusing Dallas lab network Next Health for sticking the insurer with over $100 million in unnecessary drug and genetics tests.

According to the 81-page lawsuit, representatives of Next Health went to Whataburger bathrooms and gave people cups to urinate in in exchange for $50 gift cards. Tests were run on the samples under the pretenses of a wellness study.
